Adjustable Chains Included with Your Pendant

Every pendant with a detachable chain from The Diamond Store is paired with a complimentary chain, crafted with care and elegance. Each chain features three special links, allowing you to adjust the length to 16 inches, 18 inches, or 20 inches, ensuring your pendant sits perfectly and beautifully. In the event of any breakage, the chain can be replaced at a fee without needing to return the pendant itself.

Chain Materials
The type of chain included with your pendant depends on the product you have chosen. All chains are carefully selected to complement your pendant and are nickel-free for comfort and safety. We offer chains in 9K yellow gold, 9K white gold, sterling silver, and gold vermeil. The specific chain provided with each pendant will always be clearly stated in the product specification of the piece you are ordering.

Upgrading Your Chain

If you would like to upgrade the metal of your chain from sterling silver or gold vermeil to 9K gold, our team will be delighted to assist. Simply contact us via live chat or email with your order details, and we will guide you through the available options and advise on the associated fee.

Pendant Chain vs Necklace Chain

Complimentary chains included with our pendants are carefully selected to harmonise with each piece, taking into account weight, proportion, and overall design. For pendants where the chain is detachable, should the chain break, we can provide a replacement for a small fee without the need for you to return the pendant. 

For necklaces where the gemstone or diamond is integrated (attached/sercured) directly into the chain, the style and finish may differ to best complement the design, and in the event of any breakage, the necklace would need to be returned to us for a professional assessment.

Do you offer platinum chains?

At present, we do not offer platinum chains. Our current selection includes sterling silver, gold vermeil, and 9K gold, all of which are nickel-free. We are, however, actively exploring the possibility of introducing platinum chains in the future.
