Payment Options
We offer a range of secure and flexible payment options to make shopping with The Diamond Store simple and convenient. Whether you prefer to pay in full, split your purchase into instalments, or pay directly from your bank account, you can choose the method that works best for you. All payment options are processed safely through trusted third-party providers.
Credit & Debit CardsWe accept all major credit and debit cards, including AMEX.
PayPalIf you wish to pay with PayPal, select the PayPal option at checkout. You can choose from:
- Pay in Full – pay the total amount at once.
- PayPal Pay in 3 – available for purchases under £375, split into three payments.
- PayPal Credit – available for purchases over £375, offering 0% instalment options where eligible.
Express Checkout OptionsFor a faster and secure checkout, you can use Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal Express:
- Shop Pay – securely stores your payment details for future purchases and offers added fraud protection. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted system.
- Apple/Google Pay – lets you pay with the cards saved in your Apple or Google account, keeping your card details private and adding an extra layer of security.
- PayPal Express – allows you to checkout quickly without entering card details while benefiting from PayPal’s buyer protection.
Instalments / FinanceTo pay by instalments, select ‘Finance’ at checkout. We offer the following options:
- Novuna Personal Finance – for orders over £375 after deposit paid (minimum before deposit deduction £420), with competitive interest rates and deposit options.
- Clearpay – available in the UK with a minimum spend of £35, allowing payments in instalments.
- Splitit – pay in instalments using your own credit card, based on your available credit. Minimum spend and eligibility depend on your credit limit.
Volt PaymentsPaying with Volt means selecting “Pay by Bank” at checkout. You will be redirected to your banking app to approve the pre-populated payment. This allows you to pay directly from your bank account, providing a faster and more secure checkout experience without needing to enter card details.
All finance and payment options are provided by third-party providers. We do not have access to credit agreements, cannot make changes, and approval is subject to the provider’s terms.
