How to redeem a giftcard?

If you have a valid giftcard these can be redeemed at checkout. There will be a 'customer code' box at checkout, on the same page where you fill out all your order details such as billing address, mobile number etc.

Please note, giftcards are valid for 12 months from creation date unless otherwise stated.

If you have chosen a giftcard as store credit when returning an order through our returns portal. Then as stated in the portal, the money can no longer be refunded back in cash and will stay as store credit.

This also applies to giftcards bought through the website. Once a giftcard has been purchased, it can no longer be refunded as cash and remains as store credit.
