Personal Gift Message Cards

When you purchase jewellery from our website, you can include a complimentary personal message with each item. Each message is printed on a credit-card sized plastic card, adding an extra special touch to your gift. Each card can include up to 200 characters.

How it works
On each product page, you’ll find a field to enter your personal message before adding the item to your basket. If you’re ordering multiple pieces for different people, you can include a different message for each item in the same order. We will print each message on a beautifully designed plastic card to include with the gift, as a personalise keepsake.

Message guidelines

Each gift message card can include up to 200 characters. Please use standard British letters (A–Z) and numbers (0–9), as special characters and emojis are not supported.

Avoid including personal email addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive information. Messages should be thoughtful, suitable for gifting, and written in a polite and respectful tone. Remember that these cards are part of the presentation, so a short, meaningful message will make your gift feel extra special.

We reserve the right to void any gift message that is rude, inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable.

Packaging
All orders are delivered in plain outer packaging to maintain privacy and surprise. Inside, your jewellery is presented in our ready-to-gift packaging along with your personal message card.
