5-Year Warranty


At The Diamond Store, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. Every piece is skilfully crafted to last for many years to come. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.


What the Warranty Covers:

If a manufacturing fault is identified in your jewellery, we will repair, remake, or replace the item at no cost to you within the first 5 years from the date of purchase. Please note that refunds are not available outside of the 30-day refund period.


What’s Not Covered:

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, loss, theft, or any work carried out by another jeweller. For example, damage from catching a ring on a door handle, losing an earring in a waste disposal unit, or vacuuming up a bracelet would not be covered. If a piece has been repaired, altered or resized elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.

Conflict-Free & Fully Certified

All our natural mined diamonds are conflict-free, and every piece of gold, silver, and platinum jewellery is hallmarked in the UK to verify its purity and authenticity.


If Something Goes Wrong

Whatever the issue - whether it's our fault or yours - we encourage you to send the item to us for assessment. If it’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair it free of charge. If the damage was accidental, we’ll quote a fair repair cost with no obligation. Either way, we’re here to help.
