We’ve partnered with HubBox to offer Click & Collect through DPD Pickup. Choose to collect your order from over 6,000 trusted locations across the UK, including Sainsbury’s, Argos, Post Offices, Co-ops, and other local stores.

With extended opening hours and flexible options, HubBox Click & Collect gives you full control over when and where you receive your order.

Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays) and before 11am on Friday are dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

Not all items qualify for next day dispatch. Some may require handcrafting. If immediate dispatch isn’t possible, we’ll provide an estimated dispatch date within 2 hours of your order being placed. You can also contact a personal shopper to confirm availability before placing your order.

Important
HubBox will not be applicable for orders paid using Novuna Finance as they must be delivered to the same address used when placing the finance application.

How It Works

1. Select Click & Collect at checkout
   Choose the Click & Collect option when placing your order (available with eligible payment methods).

2. Choose a collection point
   Use the HubBox map to find a nearby pickup location, such as a supermarket, convenience store, or DPD locker.

3. Wait for your collection email
   You’ll receive an email with your unique QR code once your parcel is ready to collect.

4. Collect within 7 days
   Bring your QR code and valid ID to pick up your order at a time that suits you.
