Do you engrave jewellery?
We are pleased to offer laser engraving on selected rings in platinum, and 18K yellow or white gold.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A RING CAN BE ENGRAVED?
Any rings that can be engraved will have a small box next to them with the message 'Add Engraving Message.' We always include the estimated timescale for this service, along with the applicable fee for the engraving.

Next, click the tick to select the option to add engraving, and enter your personalised message.
Please be aware that the inscription is limited to 12 characters, including spaces. We are unable to accommodate emojis, symbols or characters outside the standard English alphabet. Please note, the use of full stops is permitted.
After entering your message, click 'Add to Basket' to proceed.
*Please note, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any engraving request that contains inappropriate, offensive, or aggressive language. In such cases, your engraving fee will be fully refunded.

CAN I RETURN MY RING AFTER IT HAS BEEN ENGRAVED?
Yes, engraved rings can still be returned for a refund in accordance with our standard returns policy, however a removal fee will be applied upon return.
Please be aware that a stocking fee will apply to cover the removal process involved with the engraving, and this amount will either be deducted from your refund payment or requested upfront prior to cancellation of your finance agreement, if you have paid via Novuna Finance.
HOW IS THE ENGRAVING DONE?
At The Diamond Store, our engraving is done by laser.
Laser engraving creates tidy surface marks without breaking the metal. It doesn’t put pressure on the jewellery item, so there’s no risk of it bending or breaking during the engraving process.
Precise and detailed, laser engraving lasts longer than traditional engraving. It is also environmentally friendly, free of chemical residues.
