Free Worldwide Delivery
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders via DPD (UK & Nothern Ireland) or DHL (Ireland and International). Your jewellery is fully insured in transit and requires a signature, photographic evidence or unique pincode on delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Certain products are eligible for next day delivery if ordered before 3pm, Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) or before 11am on Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
DPD Delivery
DPD delivers between 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am–6pm on Saturday and Sunday. On the morning of delivery, DPD sends a text with a one-hour time slot. Parcels cannot be left with neighbours or in safe places. You can rearrange delivery via the DPD website or app using your tracking number.
*Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee Saturday delivery with DPD. While the tracking app may offer an option to upgrade your delivery at an additional cost, please note that this is not a guaranteed service. As such, we will not be able to reimburse you for any charges incurred for this upgrade.
International Delivery
All international orders are delivered by DHL. Checkout is available in local currency and language, with real-time calculation of duties and taxes.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all international jewellery within 24 hours. Some items may take 3, 5, or 7–10 days to dispatch, depending on the piece. If immediate dispatch is not possible, we will provide an estimated dispatch date within 2 hours of receiving your order.
DHL Delivery
DHL delivers high-value parcels requiring a signature and photographic evidence. If you are unavailable, they leave a “Sorry We Missed You” postcard through your letterbox or where your mail is accepted. This provides information on re-delivery or collection from a DHL service point.

Europe: 1–4 days
USA: 1–2 days
Australia, Asia, Africa & South America: 2–3 days
Import Duties and Taxes
All applicable taxes and duties are shown at checkout. For the EU and many other countries, these are handled by us.
