Free DPD Next Day Delivery
We offer free next day delivery on many items for UK and Northern Ireland orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays) or before 11am on Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday, or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.

Not all items qualify for next day delivery. Some may require handcrafting before dispatch. If immediate dispatch isn’t possible, we’ll provide an estimated dispatch date within 2 hours of your order being placed. You can also contact our sales team to confirm stock availability before placing your order.

*Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee Saturday delivery with DPD. While the tracking app may offer an option to upgrade your delivery at an additional cost, please note that this is not a guaranteed service. As such, we will not be able to reimburse you for any charges incurred for this upgrade.

Important
Orders paid using Novuna Finance must be delivered to the same address used when placing the finance application.

All UK Mainland order required a unique security pin code, which will be found in your hour time slot email. Parcels cannot be left with neighbours or in safe places.

Northern Ireland orders require photographic evidence on delivery obtained by the deliver driver. Parcels cannot be left with neighbours or in safe places.
