Refund Policy


Returns & Exchanges


We offer FREE 30-day returns and 60-day exchanges across the UK and Northern Ireland.
If your ring is smaller than size I or larger than size R, don’t worry - these are custom sizes, but we’re still happy to offer a free exchange or resizing if it doesn’t fit.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You may be able to cancel your order before dispatch.
Please note that cancellation is subject to the stage your jewellery is at in the production and shipping process. Once an order has progressed beyond a certain point, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

Ring Size & Measurements

For rings smaller than size I or larger than size R, there may be minor size variations (up to 10%) due to the crafting process. Let us know if you need any adjustments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost once assessed by our head jeweller.

5-Year Warranty

We offer a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. All our jewellery is hallmarked in the UK, confirming its authenticity and quality.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund and email confirmation. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 3–5 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Can I still return my ring after it's been engraved?

Yes, engraved rings can still be returned for a refund in accordance with our standard returns policy; however, a removal fee will be applied upon return. Please note that a refund can only be considered if the engraving was carried out by The Diamond Store, as any third-party work will void the warranty.
Please be aware that a stocking fee will apply to cover the removal process involved with the engraving, and this amount will either be deducted from your refund payment or requested upfront prior to cancellation of your finance agreement, if you have paid via Novuna Finance.
