You may be able to cancel your order before dispatch.</div><div>Please note that cancellation is subject to the stage your jewellery is at in the production and shipping process. Let us know if you need any adjustments.</div><div><br></div><h2 id="damaged-or-defective-items"><strong>Damaged or Defective Items</strong></h2><div>If your item arrives damaged or defective, we&#x2019;ll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost once assessed by our head jeweller.</div><div><br></div><h2 id="5-year-warranty"><strong>5-Year Warranty</strong></h2><div>We offer a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. All our jewellery is hallmarked in the UK, confirming its authenticity and quality.</div><div><br></div><h2 id="refunds"><strong>Refunds</strong></h2><div>Once your return is received and inspected, we&#x2019;ll process your refund and email confirmation. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 3&#x2013;5 working days, depending on your payment provider.</div><h3 id></h3><h3 id="can-i-still-return-my-ring-after-its-been-engraved">Can I still return my ring after it&apos;s been engraved?</h3><div>Yes, engraved rings can still be returned for a refund in accordance with our standard returns policy; however, a removal fee will be applied upon return.
