What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?Updated 19 days ago
We take extra care to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely. If you are not at home during delivery, different procedures apply depending on your courier.
For DPD Deliveries (UK Mainland) -
More information on DPD is available here. To protect high-value items, DPD deliveries require a unique security pin code.
- On the morning of delivery, you will receive a one-hour time slot via email and mobile, along with a unique pin code.
- The driver will ask for this pin code before handing over your parcel. Delivery will not proceed without it.
- Parcels cannot be left at a pick-up point, with a neighbour, or in a safe place due to the pin code system.
- If you are not available, you can rearrange delivery using the DPD website or app with your tracking number.
- DPD will attempt to redelivery between 1-3 attemps, if unsucessful your order will be returned to sender and we will be incontact to schedual delivery.
For DPD Deliveries (Northern Ireland) -
- On the morning of delivery, you will receive a one-hour time slot via email and mobile.
- Northern Ireland orders require photographic evidence on delivery obtained by the deliver driver. Parcels cannot be left with neighbours or in safe places.
- DPD will attempt to redelivery between 1-3 attemps, if unsucessful your order will be returned to sender and we will be incontact to schedual delivery.
For DHL Deliveries (International Orders) -
More information on DHL deliveries are available here. Non-UK (Including Ireland) orders are delivered via DHL/Global-e.
- High-value parcels must be handed directly to someone at the delivery address.
- The courier will not leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Photographic evidence on delivery will be obtained by the deliver driver for secure.
- If you are not home, you can rearrange delivery online for a day that suits you using your shipment number and 14-character tracking code.
- DHL will leave a calling card with instructions for rescheduling or tracking your delivery.
These measures ensure your jewellery is delivered securely and only to you.
