UK & Northern Ireland deliveries

We use DPD for all UK & Northern Ireland deliveries, guaranteeing dispatch within 24 hours if the item is applicable for next day delivery.

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Clicking the link in the email takes you directly to your delivery information on the DPD website, where you can track your parcel, manage delivery and see the estimated delivery time.

DPD delivers between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, and between 10am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. On the morning of delivery, DPD will send a text with a one-hour time slot to confirm when your parcel will arrive, along with your unique security pin required for delivery.

Worldwide deliveries (Non UK)

We use DHL for all international deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on the services DHL operates in your country.

When your item is dispatched, we will email you a DHL tracking number. Clicking the link will take you directly to your delivery details on the DHL website, where you can track your parcel and see the estimated delivery time.

Estimated DHL Transit Times (working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays):

• Ireland: 1 day

• Europe: 1–4 days

• USA: 1–2 days

• Australia, Asia, Africa & South America: 2–3 days

DHL requires a signature on delivery. If you are not available, the courier will leave a “Sorry We Missed You” postcard through your letterbox or where your mail is usually received.

The postcard provides information on future delivery attempts and options to collect your parcel from a DHL service point or arrange re-delivery to a different address via the DHL website.
