CAN I GET AN ITEM REPAIRED?
We repair items sold by The Diamond Store only. Please read the below instructions carefully if you'd like to have an item repaired.
Our Repairs Procedure and Policy
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and it’s understandably upsetting when our beautiful, sentimental pieces incur damage.
If your jewellery has become damaged and your purchase was made within the past 60 days, please follow this link to return your item. Our team will review your case as quickly as possible once we receive your return.
If your purchase was made beyond the 60-day period, we encourage you to contact our customer service team directly. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue, and where possible, attach photos of the damage to your email. This will help our dedicated team to assess the situation more efficiently.
Please note that we are unable to comment on the damage until your item has been thoroughly evaluated by our team of experts. The assessment process typically takes up to 14 days. Once the evaluation is complete, we will promptly contact you with the outcome and discuss the next steps to repair or address the issue
Our 5 Year Warranty
At The Diamond Store, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. Every piece is skilfully crafted to last for many years to come. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. To see more regarding our warranty, please click here.
Wear and tear or accidental damage
Unfortunately, despite the high quality and craftsmanship of jewellery, daily wear can sometimes lead to wear and tear over time. While all our pieces are hallmarked, carefully crafted, and undergo thorough quality control checks, jewellery, like any other accessory, is not completely maintenance-free. Regular use can result in minor scratches, small dents, or other signs of aging.
For your peace of mind, we highly recommend insuring your jewellery to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that accidental damage, general wear and tear, or loss are not covered under our warranty. Should your jewellery require repairs or restoration due to such reasons, there will be a fee for the necessary work, depending on the extent of the damage and the specific repair needed.
