Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled directly. If you wish to cancel a shipped order, you will need to return the item using our return link to request a refund.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued using the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that some card providers or financial institutions may take longer to reflect the refund in your account.
Refund requests for shipped items cannot be processed until the return has been received by us.
