We offer free exchanges within 60 days for UK and Northern Ireland orders. You can exchange to a different size for the same item purchased, or alternatively to a different product.
If you have purchased a ring smaller than size I or larger than size R, these are considered custom sizes, but we still offer a free exchange or resizing if it doesn’t fit.
How to Exchange an Item
You have 60 days to request an exchange.

If your item is outside the return window please click the “Can We Help You?” button located in the lower right corner of any page on our website. Select “Live Chat – Existing Purchase Help” to speak with a live agent during our opening hours who can assist you with a return.

Important:
All jewellery must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged may not be accepted, and a small polishing fee may be applied if necessary.
Free Returns
- UK & Northern Ireland: Returns are free for refunds within 30 days of delivery and for exchanges within 60 days.
International Orders: For orders delivered within 60 days, we can provide a free DHL return label for the country the item was originally delivered to. For orders placed after 60 days, returns should be sent via a registered or signed-for delivery service to ensure the item is traceable and secure.
Important:
We recommend keeping proof of postage for all returns. Without valid proof, we cannot track your order if any issue occurs. For UK orders, please do not pay for your own postage, as these will not be covered by our insurance and we cannot assist if the parcel is lost or stolen.
