Is it possible to add a safety-chain to my bracelet?

We understand how special your jewellery piece is, and we're pleased to offer safety chains that can be added to most of our bracelet designs. A safety chain provides an added layer of security, giving you peace of mind while wearing your bracelet and helping to prevent accidental loss.

Whether you'd like to have the safety chain fitted prior to dispatch or after you've received your bracelet, our customer service team is happy to assist. Please note that a fee applies for this service.

Once the safety chain is attached, the bracelet will be considered a personalised enhancement, and unfortunately, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
