What happens if my chain breaks?
We understand how upsetting it can be when a sentimental piece, especially a necklace chain, breaks and temporarily prevents you from wearing your beautiful jewellery. If your chain breaks, the next step depends on the design of your necklace.
For chains that are directly attached to pendants, please follow the instructions under the "Can I get an Item Repaired?" section to return your item for assessment and repair.

If your chain is detachable from your pendant, simply contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you with replacing the chain. Please note that when your pendant is initially purchased, the chain is provided as a complimentary item; a fee will apply for any replacement chains.
